The Artsakh Chapter was established in Palmdale, California in 1991, and was dissolved in 1997 due to lack of membership. Palmdale is a desert community located 60 miles north of Los Angeles.
The founding members were Alice Yezagulian and Nora Kambourian. They organized breakfast fundraisers and trips; and visited the ill.
They operated a Saturday School, which was short-lived, since the chapter became inactive within five years of its establishment.
