ARS-WUSA Provides Aid to Forcibly Displaced Artsakh Families in Armenia

October 25, 2023 – While in Armenia for the ARS 73rd International Convention held on October 16-2023, ARS of Western USA Regional Executive Board members provided on-the-ground assistance to forcibly displaced compatriots from Artsakh, including families impacted by the gas explosion near Stepanakert, and made visits in Yerevan, Gyumri, and Massis. Aid included beds/bedding, clothing, food, children’s school supplies, and more. Board members also visited the ARS Mother and Child Clinic & Birthing Center in Akhourian, which provides vital medical services in the Shirak Province.
